On Sunday December 18th, 2022 the 17th Christmas Steam & Vehicle Meet took place in the Top o ' Town car park in Dorchester hosted by Transport Of Yesteryear ( Dorset ). Despite the awful weather approx 40 exhibits turned up which included Buses, Commercials, Steam, Cars, Bikes, Tractors and Stationary Engines. We had music provided by ' Charlotte Rose ' the lovely Fairground Organ playing Christmas music which lifted our spirits in the rain ! The 2023 event will be held on SUNDAY DECEMBER 17th and it will be our 18th event ! Due to the local council charging us for the spaces we use on the day we have to charge each vehicle £3 to cover these costs, please pay our marshals on arrival we appreciate your support and we look forward to seeing you all again in December. |
