HARDY COUNTRY CLASSIC TOUR, 2015 see's our 16th event and we are delighted to be supporting the WELDMAR HOSPICECARE TRUST. Our sponsors and supporters this year include WEATHERBURY ROOFING our main sponsor, AUTOPASSION at Hampton Farm Business Park at Higher Bockhampton, Sherrens Printers, Shillingstone House, The Riviera Hotel at Bowleaze Coveway, Brandon Tool Hire ( Blandford ) and anyone else who has contributed to this years event.
Entries will be accepted on the day at the same entry fee of just £5 per vehicle, CARS, MOTORCYCLES, COMMECIALS, MILITARY VEHICLES, PSV'S . The start venue is at HAMPTON FARM BUSINESS PARK at Higher Bockhampton near Dorchester, where our friends at ' JUST GOOD FOOD ' will be serving up hot food and drinks before the Tour starts. It is hoped that the Mayor or Town Crier of Dorchester will start the cars off shortly after 10.00am on SUNDAY 7TH JUNE.
We are pleased to announce on 9th March the support from the following for this years Tour also - Rob Beale Limited Temporary Toilet Hire www.robbeale.co.uk 01747 871464. And Martin Carwardine & Co www.lovecoffee.co.uk these facilities will be at our Lunch Stop at Shillingstone House. More news on this years event will follow soon. As of 6/5/15 entries are coming in steady and we are still taking entries for this years Tour, plus late entries on the day will be accepted at no extra cost.
The Town Crier is otherwise engaged on 7th June, but we hope he will attend in 2016 for our 17th Tour. This year we are also grateful to BRANDON HIRE ( Blandford ) for their support in this years event. Members of the local community are invited along to Shillingstone House from 11.30am to view the vehicles that will arrive from approx. 12 noon, and to picnic in the grounds and enjoy this event and help towards the fund raising for the Weldmar charity.
THE CHEQUE PRESENTATION WILL TAKE PLACE AT THE WELDMAR SUMMER FETE IN SEPTEMBER 2015.
